Iraqi army Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 23rd Brigade, 17th Iraqi Army Division, march with troops from Company A, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment, on a dismounted patrol during Operation Bein Al-Nahrein April 13. The combined operation was conducted to clear and disrupt al Qaida attacks in Baghdad and demonstrate to the local population the capability of the IA to provide a safe and secure environment. This was the largest combined operation the two forces have conducted to date and demonstrated the ever increasing professionalism of the IA to conduct operations.
