The Michigan National Guard’s 51st Weapons of Mass Destruction, Civil Support Team based in Fort Custer Training Center in Battle Creek, Mich., gather with Mackinac City firefighters, local decontamination team members, and U.S. Army CST exercise evaluators on Mackinac Island, Mich., Nov. 6, 2014. The 51st CST team was on the island to conduct a training exercise with Northern Michigan civil authorities from St. Ignace and Mackinac Island.
