Retired Col. Robert Howard, a Medal of Honor recipient, explains the symbolism of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society coin, which he presented to Brig. Gen. Robert Brown, Deputy Commanding General (Support), Multi-National Division - North. Howard spent time with Soldiers from Command Post - North, Task Force Lightning, Forward Operating Base Marez, Mosul, Iraq, on April 12, as part of his annual tour to meet and talk with deployed Soldiers.
