Residents of Kin Town and Marines use maps to help understand the tsunami evacuation route Nov. 5 at Camp Hansen during tsunami response drill. This was the first tsunami evacuation drill since the local disaster response agreement was signed by Marine Corps and Kin Town officials in September. The drills improved the communication between Camp Hansen, Kin Town officials, Ishi Kawa police and local community leaders responsible for disaster response, according to Masaru Nago.
