Gregory Amburgey, a Marine assigned to Aircraft Rescue and Fire fighting and Leesburg, Ga., native, dons his proximity gear before conducting night time 360 degree firefighting training aboard Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Oct. 30, 2014. Proximity gear is made up of aluminized polybenzimidazole, or PBI, and can withstand extreme temperatures. the same material is used by astronauts to reflect heat and radiation in space.
