Senior Airman Matthew Butterworth, 332nd Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron F-16 crew chief, fixes a stuck seatbelt in an F-16 Fighting Falcon on Feb. 17 at Joint Base Balad. Crew chiefs are responsible for the maintenance it takes to keep their aircraft in the air, no matter how big or small. Butterworth is deployed from Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and is a native of Wichita, Kan.
