Airman 1st Class Chadwick Richardson, 380th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, assistant gunner mounts an M-240 to the top of a Humvee, March 21. ESFS personnel perform a number of security duties from manning entry points, guard towers to routine patrols and traffic stops. The ESFS stands as the Air Force's first line of defense. Richardson is deployed from the 28th Security Forces Squadron, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., and hails from Ripley, Maine.
