Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead departs the U.S. Embassy after meeting with Charge d'Affairs Helen La Llime in Pretoria, South Africa. As the first CNO to visit South Africa, Roughead met with senior leadership to continue to build coalition partnerships and discuss training and maritime security cooperation in the region.
