Hiroshi Ishida, Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces, 11th Infantry Regiment, 7th Division, Northern Army chief of staff, salute their respective forces during opening ceremonies for Orient Shied 14. OS14 is an annual bilateral exercise which partners U.S. Army personnel with JGSDF for field and staff training exercises, Oct. 27 to Nov. 7.
