Two military Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) hovercraft are operating on a flat, arid shoreline or beach landing zone. The foreground LCAC appears stationary or recently landed with its bow ramp lowered, while the background LCAC is in motion, generating a visible dust cloud. The terrain is dry, sandy, and barren, consistent with an amphibious assault exercise or military landing operation.
