Two military officers — one wearing an Iraqi Army desert camouflage uniform with an Iraqi flag patch, and one wearing a U.S. Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) with a '1st Armored Division / Old Ironsides' patch — are exchanging what appears to be a small model tank as a ceremonial gift. Several other military personnel are visible in the background observing the exchange. The setting appears to be outside or near the entrance of a building.
