    Petty Officer 2nd Class Jacob Warner, an aviation survival technician at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak, Alaska, works from the ground to connect the cargo lift cable to the bottom of an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter hovering just a few feet above him, Sept. 16, 2014. In addition to being equipped with a rescue hoist that has a 250 foot cable and 600 pound lift capability, the Coast Guard’s Jayhawk helicopter can also conduct cargo lift operations when called upon to do so.
