Twenty-nine Iraqi warrant officers completed the seven-day course where they were taught lessons on discipline, leader influence, teamwork and development, ethics and values, Law of Armed Conflict and problem solving. Higby is deployed from Kapaun Air Base, Germany, and is a native of Anchorage, Alaska.
