Participants add their tickets to a box for a raffle before the start of the breast cancer awareness 5k run, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point NC., Oct. 10, 2014. Marine Corps Community Services held a 5k run/walk to help raise breast cancer awareness. The event was open to all active duty service members, DOD employees, contractors, and family members. Each participant received a complimentary bag upon completion of the event. One in every eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer each year. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl.
