John Ordway, Kazakhstan’s U.S. Embassy Charge d’Affaires, congratulates the Kazakhstani Peacekeeping Battalion soldiers for successfully completing Steppe Eagle 2014 during the closing ceremony at the Joint Multinational Readiness Training Center here Oct. 13, 2014. Steppe Eagle is an annual multi-lateral exercise conducted by Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense, U.S. Army Central and the Arizona Army National Guard to enhance their peacekeeping and peace support operation capabilities.
