    Seminar attendees walk aboard USS America for a tour of the ship as part of the senior leaders seminar, Oct. 8, at the Pier 30/32 at the San Francisco Bay during the San Francisco Fleet Week 2014. The seminar was part of a two-day event with key leaders from local, state and federal government agencies, as well as first responders and senior military leaders that focused on capabilities, lessons learned from crises around the world. Because of the prevalence of natural disasters to occur, it was significant for civil and military leaders to forge key relationships.
