Civil Affairs Team 8122 from B Company, 81st Civil Affairs Battalion, 85th Civil Affairs Brigade, pose with Fede James Dorsaint-vil, founder and coordinator of the Centre d'Espoir Enfants Orphelins de Peligre after completing an assessment of the facility Sept. 22. The Civil Affairs Team visited the facility that doubles as a school to assess previous humanitarian aid projects the school had received after sustaining damages to its kitchen during Hurricane Isaac in 2010.
