An F/A-18 Hornet takes off from Andersen Air Force Base Sept. 30 during the Forager Fury III. FF III is an overarching Marine Corps led exercise involving 1,300 personnel from Sept. 24 through Oct. 6 that emphasizes tactical aviation and aviation ground support on a unit level while training within the Marianas Island range complex. The F/A-18 Hornet is with Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 533 currently assigned to Marine Air Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force under the unit deployment program.
