Airman Daryl Cobb uses hand signals to tell the pilot of an F/A-18C Hornet to move the aircraft forward onto catapult one of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Cobb is under instruction as a flight deck plane handler, training for his final qualification to direct personnel and aircraft on the flight deck. Ronald Reagan and Carrier Air Wing 14 are underway conducting a sustainment exercise in the Pacific Ocean.
