    Sgt. Jason P. Osborne, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 26 Mobile Facilities Maintenance non-commissioned officer-in-charge, shows one of his Marines the proper technique to disassembling components of a generator during routine maintenance. Osborne is not only tasked with performing the maintenance of the squadrons' generators and power supply equipment, he also has to teach the Marines working under him how to troubleshoot and operate the equipment.
