Lt. Joseph Parker from Snowhill, Md., and Lt. Cmdr. Rob Schneider from Bay St. Louis, Miss. are crew members assigned to the C-12 "Huron" aircrafts stationed at Naval Support Activity Bahrain. The seven-passenger Beech King Air 200 airplanes are an important logistics asset for Department of Defense and coalition personnel traveling in the 5th Fleet area of operations in support of the region's maritime security operations (MSO). MSO set the conditions for security and stability in the maritime environment as well as complement the counter-terrorism and security efforts of regional nations. MSO deny international terrorists use of the maritime environment as a venue for attack or to transport personnel, weapons, or other material.
