Capt. Tara Robertson recently took command of the Minnesota National Guard's 849th Mobility Augmentation Company, the first female to command the formerly all-male unit. While on Patrol at her last deployment to Afghanistan, Robertson put her skills and knowledge as a soldier up to the test. She was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for her service.
