Airman 1st Class Alyssa Aguilar, 386th Expeditionary Medical Group, removes straps from a patients litter after arriving at the Contingency Aero Medical Staging Facility at an air base in Southwest Asia, March 1. Airman Aguilar is deployed from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is originally from Sacramento, Calif.
