Aircraft with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group are being moved to the flight deck during ARG/MEU-Ex aboard the USS Iwo Jima, at sea, Sept. 14, 2014. During ARG/MEU-Ex flight operations happen every day and the Marines and Sailors must conduct a certain amount of maintenance hours to have the aircraft in a ready flight status.
