Master Sgt. Michael Gainey, 108th Training Command (IET), U.S. Army Reserve, gives a track-side interview at the seventh annual Pep Boys NHRA Carolina Nationals held at the zMax Dragway in Concord, N.C. Gainey was invited to speak as a Soldier Hero at the event and has a Bronze Star with Valor and Purple Heart for his service during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
