U.S. Maj. Gen. Ronald Ladnier, commander of 17th Air Force and U.S. Air Forces Africa accepts the squadron flag from Col. Greg Petrequin, outgoing commander of the 449 Air Expeditionary Group, during a change of command ceremony at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Feb. 27. The mission of the 449 AEG is to provide air support and superiority in the Horn of Africa.
