    Ladies from New Birth Praise Dancers Bethel Restoration Center, Williamsburg perform to a standing ovation at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown's Black History Month celebration, Feb. 25. During the celebration speakers from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Hampton University and NWS Yorktown spoke about this year's topic "The Quest for Black Citizenship in America" interspersed with performances of dance and song.
