    A MC-12W Liberty intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft parks in front of a hangar on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, while Airmen serving with the 361st Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron wait for their commander, Lt. Col. James Mansard, to deplane and begin an end of mission ceremony, Sept. 1, 2014. Mansard flew the last IRS flight in Regional Command-South, which marked an end of four years of IRS flights throughout RC-South.
