Officers from the Malaysian Royal Medical Corps and 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit discuss security prior to departing on a convoy to Fajar Harapan, where Marines and sailors of the 11th MEU, partnered with the Royal Medical Corps, provide medical and dental services to local Malaysians during Malaysia-United States Amphibious Exercise 2014.
