Director of Education Salem Kamel Arrayed, Iraqi marine Col. Jamal Abass Kazim, U.S. Army Lt. Col. Kevin Vereen and Umm Qasr Mayor Salah Abdul Mahdy Habeeb cut the ribbon at the Al Marfaa primary school in Umm Qasr, Feb. 19. This was one of two primary schools that were recently refurbished with coalition assistance near this town.
