Ahamed Kiffeh explains to U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Timothy Michael how his field is capable of growing vegetables in the middle of a Djiboutian desert, Feb. 20. Staff Sgt. Michael and other members of the 775th are in the process of installing a well near Ahamed's village. The well will provide the village with potable water, and aide in the ease of irrigation. The 775th is deployed to Africa in support of Combined Task Force-Horn of Africa, the main mission of which is to help Africans solve African challenges.
