John Pomilin, a native of Warrior, Ala. spray paints identification numbers on GB-38 bombs as part of the process of marking each bomb at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan Aug. 14, 2014. This allows each bomb to be tracked and accounted for. The GBU is a principle part of the F-16C Fighting Falcon’s weapons system.
