Spc. William Sony, a wheeled vehicle mechanic from Marquez, Texas, assigned to Forward Support Company E, 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, receives an Army Commendation Medal on Feb. 18 from Lt.
