A PQ-14 line at Building 3001 at Tinker Air Force Base circa 1947. Building 3001 burned during a fire in November 1984. Two days after the fire, the Air Force approached the Tulsa District about repairs and the Corps embarked on a massive project to replace the building. The new building was completed on time, within budget and with no loss of life.
