    Brig. Gen. Maynard Sanders, from the Surface Deployment Distribution Control, pins a bronze star on Lt. Col. Patrick Lyons, the 840th's outgoing commander. Pfc. Zachary Lyons, stands at attention while his father is honored. Lt. Col. Lyons and his team saved the U.S. Army millions of dollars a month by their hard work. The ceremony was held at Logistical Support Area Anaconda's East MWR facility on Jan. 17.
