Ghana Navy Lt. Cmdr. James Agambiere mans the rails aboard the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Nashville as the ship prepares to pull in to Dakar, Senegal, for Africa Partnership Station 2009. APS is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security on the African contenent.
