Kentucky Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Van Ramsey, Monticello, Ky., hands a map to another Guard Soldier at Camp Atterbury, Ind. Sunday, Feb. 1. Ramsey, a platoon sergeant with Company B, 351st Aviation Support Battalion, and approximately 45 other Kentucky Army National Guard Soldiers flew to Camp Atterbury to retrieve Indiana National Guard Humvees to help with the winter storm relief efforts in the Bluegrass State, where approximately 400,000 were without power.
