A firefighter with the 147th Civil Engineer Squadron, 147th Reconnaissance Wing out of Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, Houston, opens a window in order to help dissipate smoke before extinguishing a burning hay bale during their annual training exercise June 8, 2014. As part of the exercise, the firefighters conducted training on dragging hose, search patterns, down firefighters and civilian casualties.
