    Sgt. Jesse Keffer, a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and member of the 1st Law Enforcement Battalion, explains to Cpl. Kyle Carpenter, Medal of Honor recipient, how the non-lethal Escalation-of-Force Mission Modules are organized. The modules are color coded by capability set for rapid deployment, mission execution, and recovery. Cpl Carpenter was in Seattle visiting Marine Week events.
