Col. Mark Mavity, commander of the 332nd Expeditionary Medical Group, speaks during a change of command ceremony, Jan. 19. Mavity is responsible for the full spectrum of healthcare operations at the Air Force Theater Hospital, Air Force Clinic and Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility, providing direct patient care, preventative, and bioenvironmental health services, and aeromedical evacuation support to theater warfighters and other patients. Mavity is a native of Chicago, currently deployed from Andrews Air Force Base, Md.
