Soldiers with the 60th Engineer Company, 11th Engineer Battalion of Fort Benning, Ga., wait to receive a group of role-players acting as civilians displaced by a notional nuclear terrorist attack, to take them through a decontamination station. The role-players consist of local community members interested in helping the various government and military organizations participating in the exercise.
