Ange Desinor, a public affairs specialist from the 13th Public Affairs Detatchment out of Fort Hood, Texas. and a Boynton Beach Florida. native, reads the weather forcast for Muscatatuck Radio (www.radiomutc.com) here July 21, 2014 as part of Exercise Vibrant Response 14. The 13th PAD, along with the 7th MPAD also out of Fort Hood, are using their public affairs backgrounds to roleplay civilian media and the radio station adds another level of realism for the personnel participating in the exercise.
