Soldiers and family members from the 3rd Cavalry Regiment enjoy a baseball game between the Round Rock Express and the Iowa Cubs July 17 as part of Military Appreciation Night at the Dell Diamond Field in Round Rock, Texas. “As civilians, it’s our duty to make sure we stop and honor those that take time away from their personal lives and Families for the greater good of the nation,” said Ashley Kamrath, event coordinator for Military Appreciation Night. “Baseball is America’s favorite pastime, and this is just our small way of saying ‘thank you’ to the brave Soldiers in uniform who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms.” (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
