A military UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter hovers at low altitude over an open field while two personnel standing in the bed of a military HMMWV (Humvee) reach upward, apparently attempting to connect a sling load or static discharge hook. The scene appears to be a training exercise involving sling load operations or external lift procedures. A crew member is visible leaning out of the helicopter's side door to observe the ground crew.
