Soldiers from Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 58th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, are sworn in as special police deputies by a Washington, D.C. police officer Monday, Jan 20, before the inauguration of President Barack Obama. More than 1,000 Maryland Army National Guard Soldiers were deputized to provide security for the event.
