Lt. Col. Troy Smith, commander, 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, welcomes one of several Radwaniyah area tribal sheiks to the Radwaniyah Farmer's Cooperation Building ground-breaking ceremony Jan. 14. More than 750 farmers from southwestern Baghdad joined the Ma Baynaa Al-Nahreen, the Land Between the Two Rivers, Farmer's Co-op Association. The farmers collectively own more than 14,000 donams, or 8,645 acres. Smith hails from Culpepper, Va.
