Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps students from Friendly High School in Fort Washington, Md., serves as the color guard during a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. birthday luncheon at the Washington Navy Yard. The luncheon, which was attended by more than 250 active duty and civilian employees of the sea services, was co-sponsored by the Washington chapter of the National Naval Officers Association and the National Defense University in Washington.
