Jo Newton and Donna Otabachian of the Star Healing With Horses ranch get some attention from one of their therapists June 17, 2014. SHWH, located on the sprawling Parrie Haynes Ranch south of Fort Hood, is an organization dedicated to healing all who have experienced trauma, PTSD, and secondary PTSD. Secondary PTSD is suffered mainly by the children of service members who have PTSD, as they can be traumatized by changes in their parents' personalities.
