Col. Gerald Gibbons, a native of Honolulu, who serves with the Embedded Provisional Reconstruction Team, 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, inspects the solar panels on the roof of the Ameriyah Clinic in northwest Baghdad Jan. 15. The clinic staff hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to demonstrate the capabilities of the clinic, which can run for 72 hours powered by 10 hours of sunlight.
