A Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) or similar amphibious landing craft is being loaded or unloaded from the well deck of a large naval vessel. The craft is riding on churning water inside the flooded well deck, with a military vehicle (appears to be a Humvee/HMMWV) loaded on its deck. Personnel in safety vests and hard hats are visible on both the landing craft and the ship's upper deck.
